Since it's been a while of me introducing myself, I was thinking - why not do it again?
 
Who am I?
I am Hephaistos, also known as Iron Heph ingame.
I am currently 24 years old, have a girlfriend (yes, she's real), enjoy sports and life to the fullest.

Which ranks do I currently hold?

I have been a helper for over a month - Yes I haven't been active lately ingame, but there are certain problems at my job.
I work at a supermarket (Aldi) as an assistant-in-training. We used to work with 3 assistants and 'The Boss', but one assistant got a promotion.
Due to her hard work she managed to get ahold of her own shop, which means we're currently with only 2 assistants and 'The Boss'...
BUT... The boss himself is currently on a long vacation meaning the other assistant and myself have to run the full store for a few weeks (sometimes 12h shifts).
So hopefully we find somebody else to fill in the ''open spot'' soon ? 
 

I am a Forum Moderator, meaning I overlook the forums... duh...
I constantly check the forums for new posts and possible bad posts. These last few days this activity has also decreased a bunch sadly...
But I'm hoping to improve on this. I am however not the kind of guy to post on every and single one post  I don't want the last comments to be from me  
 

I've been a Wiki Editor for over a year now and boys and girls... It's so much fun, It has opened so many doors for me... I had/have a good bond with the staff team and owners in general, sometimes they asked me to do something in particular (Special Gbag Island Weapons / Custom Donations pricings/...)
I sure do enjoy making new pages (Battlegrounds/Lachrym/COX/...) and editing existing pages (Beginners Guide/Getting Started/...) for them to become more clear and improved. Ofcourse Our Wiki Team helps out a bunch if not the most aswell ! 
The Wiki wouldn't be as amazing without the manager... @peripheral, whenever you have questions, he finds a solution... 
Him not having the solution? Well, let's just say he'll find one (throwback to tabber in tabber).

@LT LIMES [Owner] : We have to admit, you have made a complete 180 when it comes to your activity in-game and Discord. There is always room for improvement since you have not long taken over the server but we can see you are trying your best. Keep striving to improve on yourself and the server.
 
 @Willy [Co-Owner] : We all agree that you have been doing an amazing job when it comes to putting the community together. You are a very active staff member who is willing to go above and beyond to make the server fun for everyone of us. Keep up the good work.
 

 
 @Vaider[Server Manager] : We must say, you are the WORST staff member when it comes to helping the community. Not to mention that when we do reach out to you for questions and help, you have no will or put in any effort on answering our questions in timely manner. We have to agree, your priorities are all over the place. We are not too sure if you are complacent and too comfortable in the position you are in at this time. We recommend that you will re-evaluate on how you can do to help the community and be more involved beside just dealing donation deals in-game.

@ktrips [Community Admin] : You are doing an amazing job when it comes to hosting community events and helping the community. You need to stop making it a habit to turn off private, when you get too many pms. A quality staff member of your ranking should easily have the time, and will to either help these players yourself, or shoot the players in the right direction. Asking for merit's shouldn't be a thing either, they should be earned yourself. All things aside, currently your ego makes you look like an asshole.
 
@jonsadikuu [Community Admin] : This staff member is very active on discord and in-game. His attitude in game shows how much he loves the server. He is involved in helping players in need and his knowledge helps answer the question that required by the newer/new players. We believe that you have done a great job on selecting this player to represent the staff team. We hope that he can reach out to other staff members where they can learn from him. He is very likable in the community and we hope and pray that he will continue to keep up with his attitude and love towards the server and the community.
 
@Rode [Community Admin] : We all agree that you was a great moderator prior to just getting promoted. You have a lot of knowledge about the game and are a great addition to the staff team. We hope you will continue helping the community and new players and not leave newer staff to deal with them as you have experience.

@AwfulIron [Ingame Helper] : You are known in the community as a Mr. AFK. You are rarely communicating with the community, and we RARELY see you at the event that are being host. We are not sure if the position you are currently have actually suites you. I am surprised that AFK bot has not caught you yet and placed you in jail.

It would appear most of you fine lads are actually reading these topics, which is already a huge difference from other rsps's. 
 
I just wanted to take a short minute of your time, and say once again goodjob. 
 
Some time went over now, and Ive seen in-game aswell as the forums, that you're also putting the feedback to good use! Being open for feedback/critism is good, but the way you guys apply it is mindblowing.

I Vouch for this , Sometime when I go ::train I saw players arguing about their spot and say each other stealing their spot so this is a great idea to make it looks like ::mbox with floor.

For revamps
What's the current issue?
Current ::train zone lacks enought monsters to everyone that grinds there.

What's your suggested way of fixing it?
I would personally suggest similiar to what happened on ::mbox by adding instance example and portal to go up-level

How will this benefit player/server?
Would benefit more new players that are new to server and want pvm their way up to mid-tier gears or so.

How could this be expanded in future?
Could be expanded in future like adding *new starter boss* 
Instance is also one like at ::mbox is

What negative effect could this have? (Think eco, Item balances, Overpowered)
Eco wise it would bring more crystal keys but also more in-game money circulation
and later on if crystal keys change/upgrade more would be awesome for everyone having chance to make money.

Would work similiar to ::mbox area but different rewards.
And would bring more new players for ::train and ::mbox in future

Would benefit players/couraging them to pvm their way up
