Yea I support this 100% but it's so difficult finding the mid-ground, if an RSPS takes 1 day to get top-end gear it becomes boring, if it takes 1 week to get mid-end gear it becomes boring.

Transition and skilling will never be what everyone wishes it will become because it just doesn't work in a custom server. The main issue I feel with this, even if they decided that they would create a way for skilling to make money, which honestly I don't think they'd put in the effort to do, by creating resources that build upto expensive items or make resources have a use, it wouldn't work because of such a quick exp gain. 99 would be a level where the best money makers SHOULD be unlocked but you can get to 99 in minutes which really makes it no achievement. Truthfully I think the way they went wrong with RS3 is by trying to make this transitions basically non existent, so each level would be a new swap, this just created too many tiers and too many complicated things that cater towards veteran players that were there to learn each update and really push away new players. I've seen servers like this, that have too many items that you can get too quickly and you have no time to learn what is good and what is not. I think to introduce these transitions the best bet would be to make the non-custom armours useful but not as easily accessible and get rid of some custom armours, I know Dreamscape is the pride of custom items but the more that come in, the more new players are pushed away in my opinion.

Just because mid-game content seems far above, does not make it end-game content. Just like in real runescape, while barrows seems far far away from people starting out and too expensive, it is still mid-game, to those at Bandos gear, it seems like junk almost. 92 seems so close to 99 yet it's only halfway, without a grind people could join Dreamscape and have higher items and more money than veterans who have played for months and years. The game would become boring for anyone who plays more than a few days and would become like those craze apps that aren't meant to be played for more than 1 day, and come with little to unlock or the things to unlock are just unlocked too fast.

I would say the best thing to do is to give reasons why is would be helpful, explain your ideas like what kind of bosses what drops how new areas to PvM on would bring Pk'ing etc.

Well, I'm gonna keep this short and sweet... As most of you will know I've been a staff member on Dreamscape for well over a year now and been with Dreamscape for even longer. Today is the day that I'll be leaving Dreamscape as staff and moving on. Dreamscape's been an amazing experience for myself and I hope I've left my imprint on others as well. While I know this may be expected from others due to my recent inactivity and not expected from some I hope you all see why this has happened, recently I've really had to take time for myself, for School and just general life as well, a big part on top of this also is that when I log in I'm just not having fun on Dreamscape which has really made playing this feel like I need to put in effort, which in my opinion it shouldn't and I'm tired more than I should be. Some people might expect a list of special mentions and I know how great it feels to be on somebody's and know you made a difference but I also know how it feels not to be mentioned and left out, and for that reason there aren't going to be any special mentions of people because, to me, you all made the same impact and have made this journey better and more enjoyable. While this is not a permanent goodbye to Dreamscape, it is me stepping down as staff. I hope everybody finds what they want in life. Remember this is not a time to be sad and with that, I bid you adieu.

Well @Kofita, I hope as much as you've left your mark on the server we've left our mark on you. I've spoken and chatted to you for countless hours and although you haven't been on as much recently when I was you were still here so to speak on the server. You in my eyes were the one to start streaming on Dreamscape and I'm so glad you've spent your time with us, I hope that in time you speak to us again whether that be through forums on your phone or by whatever means. Auf Wiedersehen.

Man, this sucks so much to see all of this happening. Storm, I'm so glad we got as close as we did and I wish you weren't leaving, but I understand that life comes first, I know you've had a full plate in real life and I hope it gets more empty. Enjoy every minute of it whether or not you should be, always having happiness on your mind can help a lot, even if you just go into a bad situation thinking that you'll take everything positively, even when it's hard if you can manage it, it is heaps of help.

I honestly wouldn't of expected this from you Solar Flare but I do understand, I wish you the best of luck and although I wish this didn't happen I know it has to, I hope everytime you use mayonnaise you think of me :( Enjoy life man and you better explore it all

Damn Crixuz, I hate coming back to see something like this but I understand that IRL definitely comes above DS. I hope it all gets sorted quickly and that you're heading back faster than you thought.
