id like this idea but to a certain extend maybe buffing icy skeleton to drop icy gear that can be used as mid tier Armour perhaps or make it an overall use Armour and revamp bosses that are low tier for they can drop items for mid tier use for they can be fought more often

the thing if for some people that have 50 kill streak for instance since their using primal and other secret op items wouldn't be fair for others since they can simple 3-4 shot people instantly and start farming pk points Nay Vouche

im up for ironman having a luck % between 5-10 since they are ironman eco wouldn't effect to much since they cant trade items and so on +1

i do agree with this since most players have issues starting off its difficult for a player who doesn't have knowledge of the game to start of besides mbox or clues this RS3 dreamscape system does seem like it could be needed to help those starer players out +1

merging Pets This can be very very awesome thing introduce to dreamscape But stats will vary reason being if you were to merge for an example heli pet with like another op pet now you got an insane pet but i feel like the merging pets should be only if its the same type of pet like how revs pet for instance this def has potential being introduced to the game tho
