Searwen's was given back when I joined the forums for making a post where I pointed out several out-of-place things about the servers such as usage of random NPC's for the sake of it, the abundant typos, senseless custom items and so on. I was snarky as I went on, but never "

extremely rude", let alone "everywhere"; that's just an overstatement, or as she'd surely put it, an extreme exaggeration.

 And as for RedDiamond's, that's for contesting him on his course of action on a topic of mine where I gave criticism on an update that introduced Elite Virtus for people to just sink Virtus sets on, revamped the Achievement Shop without introducing any non-limited means to obtain points and gave us the lovely and unnecessary American Boxing Gloves for a nice cash grab.
Back on track, someone put up a rather... scrambled reply against my criticism. I had none of it, but my posts kept getting hidden by our dear who made no prior attempt to "cool" the situation within the topic, to which I called haste on him and he only further escalated it in making some pretty rude assumptions about me, and you can freely PM me for the conversation if you'd find that hard to believe.

I've properly appealed to both infractions. The former was declined under the reasoning, if that's what I am to call it, that no time is devoted to players who cause negativity. Needless to say, I find that to be evasive of my own reasonings and just plain pretentious, given that it implies that the server is just so well designed that it's not only offensive and abusive to imply it has negatives to it, but so badly so that it warrants an "ignore, punish, move on" treatment as if it were plain trolling.

I could only imagine my latter ticket getting the same treatment, but any further tickets submitted after the former have been directly ignored.
