    Hey Feeds, I made a ticket to get my account unlocked almost a month ago, and it has been marked as "Awaiting your reply", but no comment has been made on my ticket for me to respond to (Ticket #7169). I really don't know what to do at this point, so if you could leave me a response I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

      Wait it out patiently, tickets are being handled right now, from oldest to newest I believe.

      They're quite busy.

      As bodhi mentioned, We are flooded with tons of tickets everyday and there is only 2 support staff to take care of it, I really apologize for the delay and the time. I'll ask the team to update it ASAP.
