Torquat, Also known as "StarterBoss" is a level 235 Starter Boss with 1820 + Hitpoints.

He can be killed by using any of the combat methods; Magic, Range or Melee. They have a very weak melee attack, so this is a perfect boss for those newbies. To get to Torquats, type ::starterboss.
