The Arcane Jewel is an item that is used to upgrade Sigil of Eternal Vortex (T3).

Phantom Muspah drops the Jewel.

Once added to the Sigil of Eternal Vortex (T3), it provides the following boosts.

  • 10,000 magic strength, 50% magic boost
  • 1/25 chance to save runes when Arcane/Frost Barrage is cast
