The Prayer system in Redemption can be difficult to understand. But, once you understand this skill - it can be extremely beneficial for your account progression!
This guide will provide a full breakdown to the Prayer Skill.

Gem Stall

- Level Requirement: 1
- XP: 750

  • 1-10 thieving level: 40% fail rate
  • 11-20 thieving level: 35% fail rate
  • 21-30 thieving level: 30% fail rate
  • 31-40 thieving level: 25% fail rate
  • 41-51 thieving level: 20% fail rate
  • 51+ thieving level: 15% fail rate

Failure Penalty: - Player hit for 10 HP and stunned for 4 game ticks - Loot: Always 1 Gold Coin

Silver Stall

- Level Requirement: 40
- XP: 2,500

  • 40-50 thieving level: 40% fail rate
  • 51-60 thieving level: 35% fail rate
  • 61-70 thieving level: 30% fail rate
  • 71-80 thieving level: 25% fail rate
  • 81-90 thieving level: 20% fail rate
  • 91+ thieving level: 15% fail rate

Failure Penalty: Player hit for 10 HP and stunned for a few game ticks

Picklock Boxes

- Level Requirement: 80
- XP: 25,000
- Item Requirement: Normal lockpick or Master Thief's Lockpick

  • 80-90 thieving level: 40% fail rate
  • 91-100 thieving level: 35% fail rate
  • 101-110 thieving level: 30% fail rate
  • 111-120 thieving level: 25% fail rate
  • 121-130 thieving level: 20% fail rate
  • 131+ thieving level: 15% fail rate

Failure Penalty: Normal lockpicks are destroyed; Master Thief's Lockpick is not destroyed, 10 HP damage Cooldown: Each box has a 30-second cooldown per player


Safecracking

- Level Requirement: 110
- XP: 75,000
- Requirement: Normal lockpick or Master Thief's Lockpick

Normal Lockpick

  • 110-115 thieving level: 50% fail rate
  • 115-120 thieving level: 45% fail rate
  • 121-125 thieving level: 40% fail rate
  • 126-130 thieving level: 35% fail rate
  • 131-135 thieving level: 30% fail rate
  • 136-140 thieving level: 25% fail rate
  • 141+ thieving level: 20% fail rate

Master Thief Lockpick

  • 110-115 thieving level: 40% fail rate
  • 115-120 thieving level: 35% fail rate
  • 121-125 thieving level: 30% fail rate
  • 126-130 thieving level: 25% fail rate
  • 131-135 thieving level: 20% fail rate
  • 136-140 thieving level: 15% fail rate
  • 141+ thieving level: 10% fail rate

Failure Penalty: Normal lockpicks are destroyed; Master Thief's Lockpick is not destroyed, 10 HP damage Cooldown: Each safe has a 15-second cooldown per player

It provides the following bonuses:

  • 1 in 50 chance to receive 2x loot when thieving
  • 25% additional thieving experience
  • 10% additional chance to receive a skilling point

The Thieving Prestige system increases the rewards you get while you are training Thieving

The following perks are active based on what prestige you have achieved:

Prestige 1: +10% chance to not fail thieving actions, new loot table for safes

Prestige 2: +15% chance to not fail thieving actions, new loot table for safes

Prestige 3: +20% chance to not fail thieving actions, new loot table for safes

Thieving Prestige Skilling Point System

Prestige 0: 5% chance to receive a skilling point on a successful action

Prestige 1: 10% chance to receive a skilling point on a successful action

Prestige 2: 15% chance to receive a skilling point on a successful action
