The Rev Pass (Limited) is a one-time-use teleport to a private Revenants instance. It allows the player to kill 1,000 Revenants in the instance before they are teleported out.
The pass can be purchased from Durka Durka's General in the shops building north of ::home for 500k DSCoins.
