You can get this weapon by Upgrading the Descimator9000.

There is an offhand version of this weapon: Skull Descimator9000 Offhand. When used together, they apply double damage.

The Skull Descimator9000 has a 90% chance to reward the player with 50,000 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder. Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
