The Penguin Staff (X) is an aoe magic weapon that also freezes. It has similar stats to the Frostbite Staff. This weapon is made by using the Penguin Staff Upgrade Scroll which is an ultra rare drop from the Steroid Penguin Tank on a Penguin Staff (U).

The Penguin Staff (X) is untradable.
