Dream Bones are a high-level type of bone obtained from Dream Mystery Boxes. They give 18702 exp when buried (3739 on hardcore/iron man) and 149625 exp when used on the altar east of home (29925 on hardcore/iron man). These high exp rates make them a great Prayer training method.
