This monster is part of the skill Dungeoneering to get to this monster, simply do the following  skilling teleport in mage book-->second page -->  dungeoneering and agility --> dungeoneering 

This boss drops nothing but as it is for the dungeoneering skill it does give dung exp and gives dung tokens
