One of the most appealing features we have on Dreamscape is the ability to upgrade items. This can be done by going to the 'Mining & Smithing' teleport, which can be found under the 'skilling' teleports in the mage book. By right-clicking the item you wish to upgrade and selecting 'use --> upgrade chest', the item can be upgraded.

The list of items you can upgrade can be found by right-clicking the chest, and selecting the 'View Chest Contents'.

The list goes as follows (subject to change):

  • American Torva Body -> American Torva Body (u)
  • American Torva Helm -> American Torva Helm (u)
  • American Torva Legs -> American Torva Legs (u)
  • Assault Rifle -> Scoped Rifle (u)
  • Dragonbone Helm -> Dragonbone Helm (u)
  • Dragonbone Body -> Dragonbone Body (u)
  • Dragonbone Legs -> Dragonbone Legs (u)
  • Gold Chain Megadonator -> Nocturnal Chain
  • Gold Chain -> Nocturnal Chain
  • Ice Katana -> Gold Katana (u)
  • Drygore Offhand -> Drygore Offhand (u)
  • Pikachu Pokeball -> Thunderstone
  • Royal Sicle -> Royal Sicle (u)
  • Soulflare -> Soulflare (u)
  • Spacejam Sword - Spacejam Sword (u)
  • Virtus Mask -> Elite Virtus Mask
  • Virtus Platebody -> Elite Virtus Top
  • Virtus Platelegs -> Elite Virtus Legs

*important note: items that fail to upgrade will be permanently lost, with no way to recover them whatsoever. Known rates: Souflare and Spacejam sword, both having an approximate 1/3 chance of success.
