Rocky Pet is a Skilling Pet that can be obtained when training Thieving. Usually thieving from stalls. The chances of getting Rocky are completely random.
When a player receives the Rocky Pet, it will automatically go into your inventory or bank. At the same time, a message in the chatbox will state, You have a funny feeling like you're being followed.
