New custom weapons (not yet in existance of Redemption) will be standardly added with 0 stats An existing custom (Bfg9000 / Soulflare / ...) will come with their appropriate stats.

Stats chosen include both Attack and Strength for Melee and Ranged. Magic has separate scaling to ensure same value per dollar.
