The Collector's Necklace is a really helpful necklace which automatically picks up and banks drops from NPCs that you slay. You can configure what the necklace will pick up, as shown below:
Currently, the Collector's Necklace can be obtained through the Webstore for 35$, or it can be purchased from the Wilderness shop for 12,000 PK Points.
The necklace has no offensive or defensive stats.
