It is a late-game melee Boots that can be upgraded into the Ultimate Cerberus Boots by combining Cerberus Boots (Melee), Cerberus Boots (Range), Cerberus Boots (Mage) and 10,000 Infernal Ashes at the Emperor's Chest at ::upgrade at a 50% chance.

The Ultimate Melee Boots can be obtained from Dreamland or from other players.

The Primordial Crystal can be obtained by Cerberus.
