The Treasure Hunter Hat is part of the Treasure Hunter Set which is an upgrade from the Twisted Relic Set (T3).
This item is created by adding 1x Volcanic Dye On a Twisted Relic (T3) Hat. This will dye the item to create the Treasure Hunter Hat.
The set provides:

1 in 10 chance to save Olm Keys
1 in 10 chance to save Deadly Keys
