The Brimstone Ring is a very powerful ring, but does not provide any bonuses. The way to obtain this ring is by combining three different Alchemical Hydra items, there are Hydra's Heart, Hydra's Fang, Hydra's Eye. These items are all dropped by Alchemical Hydra.
