Item Lottery
The item lottery is a new lottery within Dreamscape besides the Grand Lottery and the Dreamscape Lottery which allows to gives out big ticket items and can be accessed by any type of Game modes. These type of lotteries are set up by the admins in-game and can have any amount of entries of any type item. This is a way to get an expensive item for a cheap price at a high to low risk. The command to open these lottery is ::openitemlottery
