The Shadow Gem Cape is a Goodiebag Island reward, meaning that the player can only get it exclusively from island picks. To do so, Donate $100 via the store (this is for a CHANCE to pull the cape, NOT for the cape itself)!
The cape has a 1/10 chance to deal 3x damage, it also gives the player a 1 free hour of potion of aggresion every 12 hours.
