The Ultimate Stone combines all the effects of the Black Diamond Box stones, giving you the following bonusses:

Soulsplit effect (1 hp per attack, stacks with other healing)
Prayer restore effect
Resurrection effect
Vengeance effect
1 in 10 chance to deal 5x damage
10% Tribrid damage boost

The Ultimate stone can be made by combining the following items:
