The Volcanic Dye is dropped by Vulcan and used to upgrade the Twisted Relic Set (t3) and turn it into the Treasure Hunter Set.
You will need one Volcanic Dye for each piece of armor(Helm, Chest, Legs, Boots, Gloves) and all 5 pieces will need to have a Volcanic Dye applied to them to activate the upgraded set bonus.
