Combat potions are potions created using the Herblore skill. They give a player a buff to combat skills. These are lost upon death.

Item Buff
Attack Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Attack equal to 3 + 10% of the player's current Attack level.
Strength Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Strength equal to 3 + 10% of the player's current Strength level.
Defence Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Defence equal to 3 + 10% of the player's current Defence level.
Prayer Potion Restores Prayer points equal to 7 + 25% of the player's current Prayer level.
Super Attack Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Attack equal to 5 + 15% of the player's current Attack level.
Super Strength Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Strength equal to 5 + 15% of the player's current Strength level.
Super Defence Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Defence equal to 5 + 15% of the player's current Defence level.
Super Restore Potion Restores 8 + 25% of the player's base level.
Ranging Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Ranged equal to 4 + 10% of the player's current Ranged level.
Magic Potion Temporarily raises the player's Magic level by 4
Extreme Attack Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Attack equal to 3 + 15% of their Attack level.
Extreme Strength Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Strength equal to 3 + 15% of their Strength level.
Extreme Defence Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Defence equal to 3 + 15% of their Defence level.
Extreme Ranging Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Ranged equal to 3 + 15% of their Ranged level.
Extreme Magic Potion Provides a temporary skill boost to Magic equal to 3 + 15% of their Magic level.
Overload Boosts Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, and Magic by 15% of the stat level + 3 (a maximum of +17 at level 99) for 6 minutes. Overloads reapply the boosts every 15 seconds. The player is dealt 50 damage after taking a sip.
Doctor's Order Provides a player 50% increased hitpoints for 5 minutes.
Berserker's Blessing Provides a player +2500 Melee Strength for 5 minutes.
Archer's Blessing Provides a player +2500 Ranged Strength for 5 minutes.
Wizard's Blessing Provides a player +2500 Magic Strength for 5 minutes.
Doctor's Special Provides a player +100% HP for 5 minutes.
Berserker's Spirit Provides a player +5000 Melee strength for 5 minutes.
Archer's Spirit Provides a player +5000 Ranged strength for 5 minutes.
Wizard's Blessing Provides a player +5000 Magic strength for 5 minutes.
Potion of Suffering Provides a player +7500 Melee, Ranged, and Magic strength for 10 minutes.
