It is a late-game magic boots that can be upgraded into the Ultimate Cerberus Boots by combining Cerberus Boots (Melee), Cerberus Boots (Range), Cerberus Boots (Mage) and 10,000 Infernal Ashes at the Emperor's Chest at ::upgrade at a 50% chance.

The Ultimate Mage Boots can be obtained from Dreamland or from other players.

The Eternal Crystal can be obtained by Cerberus.
