The Dream Set is an early-game melee set. Along with its stats, it comes with 25% drop rate.

You can use Sire Crystals from the Abyssal Sire on each piece to increase the stats.

T1 = 250 crystals per piece. This gives 1.5x the base stats.

T2 = 500 additional crystals per piece. This gives 2x the base stats.

T3 = 750 additional crystals per piece. This gives 2.5x the base stats.

To upgrade from the base version of this set to T3 you will need a total of 4,500 Sire Crystals.
