The idea behind this is very similar to Lottery, every player is allowed to enter the lottery by paying the Entry cost. Every 8 hours the System will draw the lottery. All admin+ can change the grand-lottery price, and change the entry price, normally the entry price set at 5. point |

You can access the grand-lottery interface if you use the command ::grandlottery, or go to ::home and talk with the Lottery Manager
