* Soulsplit effect (1 hp per attack, stacks with other healing)
* Prayer restore effect
* Resurrection effect
* Vengeance effect
* 1 in 10 chance to deal 5x damage
* 10% Tribrid damage boost

The Ultimate stone can be made by combining the following items:
