Welcome to Redemption! Redemption is a fully custom private server with custom items, NPCs and minigames. This guide is aimed to help you understand what each interface, command, NPC, and button does within this game.

Game Modes to choose from[edit | edit source]

When you create your account, you will be prompted to choose one of four game modes. You are granted special benefits depending on which game mode you choose.

Game Modes Information
Normal Normal mode doesn’t come with any benefits other than very fast xp rates. If you choose this game mode, you will be able to get max level in skills in no time.
Hardcore Hardcore mode has slower xp rates, but it gives a 15% drop rate bonus. If you do not like this game mode and wish to play in normal mode, you can do ::removehardcore in-game to remove your hardcore game mode status. Keep in mind that this is irreversible.
Ironman Ironman mode has slower xp rates, similar to hardcore mode. Ironman mode gives a 25% drop rate bonus, but you cannot trade other players or use player owned shops.
Group Ironman Group ironman mode is where you and up to 4 other players can team up to progress together throughout the game. This game mode gives a 10% drop rate boost, and you get an additional 2% for each member on your team(max of 20% drop rate for a full team).

Important Tabs[edit | edit source]

There are a few tabs in Redemption that are very useful while playing the game. Here is a few of the most useful tabs.

Picture of the Tab Tab Name What is this?
Info tab.png
Information Tab This is the information tab; you can get to it by clicking the highlighted symbol at the top of the picture. It shows what your current drop rate, double drop rate, and luck percentages are, as well as your slayer task and the current daily event. The eight symbols at the bottom each open a separate interface which you can explore in-game.
Prayer tab.png
Prayers Tab This is the prayers tab. There are 3 types of prayers that you can use in Redemption. Normal prayers, Curse prayers, and Blessings. Blessings are powerful custom prayers that are unique to Redemption. You can switch prayers using the chaos altar just south of the ::arcade teleport. They grant boosts of drop rate, double drop rate, luck, damage, and soul split’s healing effect.
Quick links tab.png
Quick Links Tab This is the quick links tab. It is arguably the most useful tab. The links you can find in this tab are: Guides list, Membership, Group Ironman, ELO, Daily Tasks, Grand Lottery, Weekly Boss, Item Lottery, Season Pass, Compare Items, My drops(your collection log), Drops(you can find what items a npc drops in this interface), Prices(currently very inaccurate, a better method to get more accurate prices will be explained later), My deals(the current deals running for donations).
Staff list tab.png
Staff List Tab This is the Staff List tab. It consists of a full list of the staff members for Redemption. If a staff member is online, their name will be highlighted green. You can private message any online staff member in-game for any help or questions. The “Help” button notifies staff and will get you assistance as quickly as possible. The “bug” button is for reporting bugs. You can add a full explanation as to how you found the bug, as well as a Gyazo link demonstrating it.

As you'll learn while playing Redemption, there are a lot of teleports within the game. This section will help you know and understand the teleport interface, as well as the most used teleport commands.

Teleports interface.png

This is the teleport interface in Redemption. You can reach this interface by clicking on the teleport symbol on the bottom right of your inventory. But What are the features of the teleport interface?

Teleport(RED) – Pressing this teleport symbol while viewing a teleport option in the interface will teleport you straight to the destination that is being viewed.

Favorite Teleports(YELLOW) – You can favorite a teleport that you use a lot by right clicking the teleport in the list on the left side of the interface and selecting “Add to Favourite”. Once you’ve added this to your favorites you can quickly teleport using the buttons on the bottom without having to search the interface for it every time you go!

Notable Drops(BLUE) – When viewing a boss, raid, monster, or minigame, this shows you what items you can get from that activity that makes it worth doing. Sometimes you can use this feature to find where you can obtain that specific upgrade you’ve been looking for.

Difficulty indicator(GREEN) – This skull symbol indicates how difficult something is going to be to defeat. The difficulty ranges are as follows:\
