Welcome to Redemption! Redemption is a fully custom private server with custom items, NPCs and minigames. This guide is aimed to help you understand what each interface, command, NPC, and button does within this game.

Game Modes to choose from[edit | edit source]

When you create your account, you will be prompted to choose one of four game modes. You are granted special benefits depending on which game mode you choose.

Game Modes Information
Normal Normal mode doesn’t come with any benefits other than very fast xp rates. If you choose this game mode, you will be able to get max level in skills in no time.
Hardcore Hardcore mode has slower xp rates, but it gives a 15% drop rate bonus. If you do not like this game mode and wish to play in normal mode, you can do ::removehardcore in-game to remove your hardcore game mode status. Keep in mind that this is irreversible.
Ironman Ironman mode has slower xp rates, similar to hardcore mode. Ironman mode gives a 25% drop rate bonus, but you cannot trade other players or use player owned shops.
Group Ironman Group ironman mode is where you and up to 4 other players can team up to progress together throughout the game. This game mode gives a 10% drop rate boost, and you get an additional 2% for each member on your team(max of 20% drop rate for a full team).

This is the teleport interface in Redemption. You can reach this interface by clicking on the teleport symbol on the bottom right of your inventory. But What are the features of the teleport interface?

Teleports interface features.png

Teleport(RED) – Pressing this teleport symbol while viewing a teleport option in the interface will teleport you straight to the destination that is being viewed.

Favorite Teleports(YELLOW) – You can favorite a teleport that you use a lot by right clicking the teleport in the list on the left side of the interface and selecting “Add to Favourite”. Once you’ve added this to your favorites you can quickly teleport using the buttons on the bottom without having to search the interface for it every time you go!

Notable Drops(BLUE) – When viewing a boss, raid, monster, or minigame, this shows you what items you can get from that activity that makes it worth doing. Sometimes you can use this feature to find where you can obtain that specific upgrade you’ve been looking for.

Wiki Link(PINK) - If you click this symbol it will take you to the wiki page for teleport option that it is next to.

Difficulty indicator(GREEN) – This skull symbol indicates how difficult something is going to be to defeat. The difficulty ranges are as follows:

Blue Skull = Very Easy

Green Skull = Easy

Yellow Skull = Medium

Red Skull = Hard

Here is a list of all of the teleport options you'll find in the teleports interface:

Other Important Information/Tips[edit | edit source]

As you upgrade your gear you will earn more drop rate, double drop rate, and luck bonuses.

Drop Rate can increase your chances of receiving a rare drop, as well as making some uncommon drops a little more common. You can find a list of drop rate boosters here.

Double Drop Rate will double a rare drop that you receive from a boss. The effectiveness of this is capped at 100%, meaning at 100% every rare drop you receive outside of raids will be doubled.

Luck is helpful when it comes to opening boxes, using keys on chests, and attempting to upgrade items. Just like double drop rate, luck’s effectiveness is capped at 100% luck bonus.

Feel free to pm any staff member or other players for guidance if you have any questions or find yourself lost. You can also ask questions in the help cc, that is the purpose of the help cc after all!
