These Stones are obtainable from the Black Diamond Box and Slayer Chest.

Each stone is a very powerful pocket slot item.

The Stones

Image Stone Name Effect Healing 5 Hitpoints healed per hit. Power 10% Chance to 5x your hit. Redemption Heals 5 Prayer points on hit. Resurrection Heals the player to max HP should they fall below 10. This effect has a 1 minute cooldown. Vengeance A portion of the damage inflicted on you is reflected to the target Ultimate Stone Combined effects of all above stones. Created by having each of the stones and an Ultimate Stone Card

These are the pocket slot items available for players who chose Good Karma during the Karma Quest.

These items are availble from the Karma Reward Shop, using Kismets as currency.

Image Item Name Effect Karma Level Required Trail Mix A 1 use food item, healing 50 hp. 1 Fitbit Grants agility experience while you walk. 10 Bag of Redemption Automatically banks soul drops from NPCs. 20 Holy Incense 50% chance to double slayer exp from a task kill. 30 Prayer Candle Restores prayer per hit while in combat. 40 Book of Blessings 9% Tribrid Damage Boost 50 Holy Relic Restores HP per hit while in combat 60 Organ Adds an Exp Lamp to your inventory every 10 minutes. 70 Communion Cup Operating the cup grants a Muscle Milk effect for 1 minute with a 1 minute cooldown. 80 Emergnecy GPS Allows players to save a location (non-instanced) and teleport back to it at any time. 90 Holy Scrimshaw 50% increased drop rate of Infinity Key, Xebos Invitation, and Treasure Chests, as well as a boosted chance to find Battlepet Totems. 99 Divine Scrimshaw Grants 2x the experience when offering to the Karma Statue 110 Scrimshaw of the Protectorate Deal 50% of your damage as an extra hit. This does not work with aoe effects. 120 Hammer of the Gods 15% Drop Rate, 50% of your hit as Extra damage, increased chance to find Xebos Invitation and Mimic's Entry Ticket, and a 15% tribrid damage boost. 140

Goblet Operating the cup grants a Muscle Milk effect for 1 minute with a 1 minute cooldown. 80 Iphone Allows players to save a location (non-instanced) and teleport back to it at any time. 90 Rolex 50% increased drop rate of Infinity Key, Xebos Invitation, and Treasure Chests, as well as a boosted chance to find Battlepet Totems. 99 Patek Phillipe Watch Grants 2x the kismets when offering to the Karma Statue 110 Audermars Piguet Watch Deal 50% of your damage as an extra hit. This does not work with aoe effects. 120 Axe of Revenge 15% Drop Rate, 50% of your hit as Extra damage, increased chance to find Xebos Invitation and Mimic's Entry Ticket, and a 15% tribrid damage boost. 140
