Instead of messaging each individual person, we thought it best to make an announcement regarding how people should be posting on the forums. In todays current state of the RSPS scene, Discord has taken over the forums role as the primary source of communication outside of the game client. Being used as a much faster communication source makes it much more appealing, however, the forums are supposed to be used as a discussion board. This means longer, more thought out posts. This is to encourage more conversations about a specified topic, not just general conversation. The community has been using the forums in a different way. We're looking for the community to post at the bare minimum, phrases. This is to avoid breaking the forums rule, specifically Rule #3 - Spamming. Redemption Rules -- Here's a couple of examples of how to post - Update Thread - Do Not Post - "Cool!" Do Post - "Awesome thread! Looking forward to trying out the content" Introduction Thread - Do Not Post - "Welcome" Do Post - "Welcome to Redemption, glad to see you here." We're simply looking for people to not create one word posts. Regardless, the spam content will still be hidden by our Forums team to not encourage the spam within the community.
