ive been with redemption since end of season 8 im heavily invested in the community/game just like everybody else. please dont take it all away from me like this. i am deeply sorry and promise to never be an issue again. im really feeling it and have learned my lesson. please give me redemption.

i take full responsibility for my actions. i understand i am not to talk to staff members the way i have. i am sorry ive had to learn this lesson the hard way as i am not always mentally there. i take medications and it really shows when i havent had them. please dont punish me this severely for my bad attitude toward some staff. i love to support & engage in activities within the community. if you reconsider my punishment i promise to all staff members i wll continue to abide by the redemption rules and always have a respectful attitude towards the community & especially the staff authority. please no need to punish me further i feel like a perm ban for me is a little much considering all facts i always help with the players on help & yell chat. i made the mistake of messaging the guy because he knew the answer to the trivia "whats the highest mountain" and i did not know it so i messagd him multiple times after being ignored and i got in my feelings. i understand where i went wrong & with deep regret im sitting here apologising and begging to be let back into the redemption community. i love the community and the staff members i really do. it really sucks not being apart of it. please take me back. i promise to be on my best behavior. i want redemption! 

you can see here that cloud has said to me "next time dont be toxic and just ignore them" implying the fact that there is no need to punish me further..... but just by simply  replyig he didnt like that i did not instantly stop replying to him and then decided to overreact and perm bann me from where it  all started where he just warned me and then boom to a perm bann undeservingly of that severe oof a punishment.

 am sorry cloud i realize now that i shouldnt have talked to you in such a way. i was not in the proper head space at the time. please reconsider the puishment.
