What's the current issue?
The stats of the immortal scimitar are extremely bad. I feel like it should be at least usable for some early/mid game content due to the time it takes to acquire 1k fragments. What's your suggested way of fixing it?
Give it stats similar to the Sword of the Protectorate, or slightly weaker. How will this benefit player/server?
There would be no real benefit besides giving players that fail to get the immortal stone something decent How could this be expanded in future?
It can't. What negative effect could this have? (Think eco, Item balances, Overpowered)
