  2. What's the current issue? No way to distinguish between level 120 in a skill and level 150. One takes *considerably* more time than the other. 19 times longer, to be precise. So if 120 takes 1 hour. 150 takes 19 hours. and so on. What's your suggested way of fixing it? Add the trimmed sparkle animation to the cape for those who have level 150 in a skill. For example at 120 fishing, you get the fishing mastery cape. At 150, you get the gold sparkle added to the mastery cape. Black sparkle for thieving, Red for cooking etc. How will this benefit player/server? Might make some people want to grind for 150s. As it stands there's no point or in-game benefit to level non-combat skills, really. Also shows other players your commitment to the skill. It takes MANY hours to get level 150 in woodcutting, but only maybe around 8 to get 120 woodcutting. (with no modifiers) Theres no way to tell the difference. How could this be expanded in future? Not sure it can be? Its just a cosmetic overhaul. Perhaps a trimmed comp cape? What negative effect could this have? (Think eco, Item balances, Overpowered) Its cosmetic. So non-in game, and you cant buy it, so the economy is fine. Nothing more than the exec or owner cape animations add. Maybe if the server or others PCs cant handle it but we already have animated armors. in short. I petition the addition of mastery cape animations for those who have achieved true mastery because even with xp modifiers, 150 in a skill still takes a very long time and I think players should be rewarded for capping a skill at 150. Otherwise there's no reason to do it because you get nothing to show for it aside from 50 ds and the achievement diary. Fixed formatting
