Speaking as one of the biggest abusers of this mechanic, please patch using rainbow fish during PVP ( wilderness completely maybe ). Rainbow fish makes PKing very unfun, especially for people who don't have enough to afford a large stash of rainbow fish. Seeing as PK is kept pretty in-line with old-school (no OP items), I think that rainbow fish should be deemed as overpowered. Players can still eat rocktails or tuna potatoes, just not heal to 99 instantly. Promotes safing and makes it basically impossible to kill the other player even if you 1HP them.
