in the short time lil bowwow has been staff I have really seen him step up his game to a whole new level. He has always been helpful and motivating to people to become rich like he is. I said to him "one day i want to be rich like you" he said no "be better than me" that is a great quality in staff member right there! wanting others to be better and motivating them is a awesome trait he has about him
