This is the first I've heard of donators getting extra benefits, aside from the Fountain. The Fountain can only be used once every 5 minutes. In terms of loots and winners, I've seen plenty of non-donors win, so really unsure where you heard of them getting better items!

Event was good, the wheel rewards seem amazing, another way for players to get some entry level stats to pvming rather than just gear alone. The exp from the event seemed a bit bugged though, might need to be looked into

In terms of the time played and boss kills, those are on my ironman, there is no time played/boss kills on my "Alt" as of this moment, as I have just started it. I feel I would be fitting as by my time played and bosses killed on ironman, it shows that I am willing to put in the grind to get things done! Do you Accept the Tos? (What is Rule #6? (Also say Yes or No at the end of your answer)): I accept all ToS, rule 6 does not exist, so I think this might be an outdated format.
