I would like to recommend to improve the amount of players which gets loot to like 5 it would be good for new players. For example if there are 3 people at raid, others have to leave and weaker players might get angry or disappointed, because sometimes raids are crowded.

I would recommend to make Ultimate Tribrid boots and gloves upgradeable. For example you can upgrade emperor's necklace for better stats, so it would be nice to have a better gloves/boots as well.

The community and development of the server is a key to every players hearth. Sweet update!
