What's the current issue? Currently there are at least as i know 2 slayer targets: Lesser demons and Hill giants that give 0 slayer exp when killed. And even slayer master says that you gain 0 exp from entire task. What's your suggested way of fixing it? Either by removing these 2 and other potential 0 exp givers as assignable slayer targets or give them some amount of slayer exp. How will this benefit player/server? Player would gain slayer exp in every slayer task rather than not gain slayer exp in every slayer task. How could this be expanded in future? If there are other slayer targets that give 0 slayer exp per kill like 2 i mentioned then this could be expanded to those. What negative effect could this have? (Think eco, Item balances, Overpowered) Players would gain slayer levels slightly faster, potentially allowing players to reach Prestige 3 and strykewyrm king minigame and Sire faster and would allow them to produce items associated with those activities.

Either remove bounty hunter in wilderness because it gives so little points anyway and its impossible to find targets unless you are both in same location. Alternative solutions: Change bounty hunter code so it doesn't assign same target over and over again and then pkers who pk, get punished because they just did what bounty hunter is about: killing targets. that happened to be same target over and over again and make a button that would tell how many steps in north/east/west/south the target is OR: Change rule so you don't get tagged as ragging if you are killing the target, that happens to get assigned multiple times in a row because as i said in top one it is impossible to find target unless you both are near each other already and that only happens in revs and it gives so little points anyway.

Here is simple suggestion: Having ability to disable your character saying DSGANG!!! whenever somebody gets something op when they donate.
